I'm in löööve with the Karanga.

It's packed with energy and nutrients.

100g contains

Protein: 27g, Fibre 8.1g, Carbs: 10.3g and fat 49g.

Plenty of vitamin B1, B2, B6 and E.

Lots of phosphor, calcium, iron, potassium, magnesium and zink.

The fat will satiate you and help build many parts of the body, the protein your muscles and the carbs... well you don't need a lot of them. Carbs will make you more hungry.

Some would argue there's too much omega 6 but perhaps you'll feel it?
