This is like the Winter Warlock in one of those claymation flicks. The sad thing is that those people are deeply empty, lonely, or damaged, and they just meed a hug, and a swift kick in the pants (tough love seriously), but no one cares enough to carry it out. I would say all evil people should be killed, but I’m too “nice”.
