* tied to a complex basket of natural resources

* basket loosely related to members current holdings and geography so everyone has a chance

* not available for the regular Joe, restricted to international trade only

Unknowns:

* auditing system

* on/off ramps limits and rules?

* some level of agreements for common

* economical decisions for a better integration of their economies?
