#Bitcoin mining pools exist because finding a block is like rolling a die. Statistically seen you will eventually hit your number, but there is no relationship between what you've rolled and what you'll roll from one block to the next. Bad luck can be mitigated by joining a pool.
And even small pools can be unlucky.
The larger the pool the closer your result to statistical probability I think 🤔
