Same problem here. It's that small purple dot not showing (bell) but if you check you can usually see all the replies. Sometimes they get loaded when you switch to notification view.
PMs dot chaotically is shown even when there are none new PMs.
And on a new session whenever I open your note (I think) a get nostr wine invoice
