No it’s more of a SaaS idea. Is it legal to let people pay you in bitcoin for a pay as you go service, like what voltage does for hosting? (It’s not hosting but it’s a pay as you go thing, where you pay for an API key and charged based on usage)
yeah, that's perfectly legal; they can prepay you, no worries
what you can't do is _transmit_ people's money
