Zombie apocalypse best weapon

A firearm 1-shots zombies, but runs out of ammo fast and just attracts them.

A crowbar easily cracks zombie skulls and is also a tool, but it weights up to 10 kilograms.

A bat could deal damage and at least stun them, and their also light. But it splinters easily.

Winner: Drum rolls please... A PVC pole. Keeps you in a fairly safe range, and doesn't crack easily. It is highly valuable at defense for poking them away and blocking bites, as well as whacking out their teeth. Because you don't count kills, you count survivability. But the best is, their very common and isn't heavy. Attach metal parts, spikes, and stuff for extra effectiveness.
