It's very coordinated; these are all fake accounts.
These accounts are DMing everyone, maybe trying to scam. I don't know; I just block them and report them.
Users should be very careful, and it should be communicated properly.

In this particular case, not much, they can just create new account. The real solution is educating users about Nostr address aka NIP-05
Check the nostr address, that is what they are for.
