Describe a method of noncompliance with at-source payroll deductions, that doesn’t involve absorbing living costs and startup costs for a business startup, on credit, after quitting one’s job, or active criminal tax evasion, all while remaining married please.

All governments work by compliance. One has to agree to be in their jurisdiction. One agrees to be in their jurisdiction by signing their paper work. Once signed you are now in contract with them. Once in contract (in their jurisdiction) you HAVE NO RIGHTS.

Learn how not to be in their jurisdiction as all governments only exist by consent.

Basic concept is simply saying "No" to any offers they present to you as not to get into contract with them in the first place.

As all governments only operate by threats of VIOLENCE! Thus, whom they come in contact with puts that man or woman UNDER DURESS!
