That is false. We have a decent coffee with milk and for sure is better than italian coffee. They have good coffee machines not good coffee.

Spanish coffee mainly is from south america, Colombia included. The best one in spain is "café con leche",means coffee with milk. For sure we dont have the best coffee but is much better the random ones you can take in Italy or Germany.

That's putting it mildly. It's by far the worst in Western Europe. Atrocious.
You have to look for it in specific places, normally the coffee its average and very frequently barmans burns the coffee 😬

Unfortunately, that is a fact
Average quality is pretty low but you can find some good coffee shops. From the normie coffees Baqué is usually decent.
Since you are in Spain you can try national products like wine (I recommend diving into sherry wines), cheese or Jamón.
I’m guessing you meant that the good coffee isn’t prepared how you like it ;)
