Revolut's "Bitcoin support" is just IOUs, you can't withdraw them. Pointless. But otherwise I agree with you, Wise is very transparent with fees, but very anti-Bitcoin, if they get a hint you are using your Wise account to buy Bitcoin, they won't hesitate to block you.
