2) I would make this. It says baking sugar twice in the ingredients list though.
Likely because it's used two separate times in the recipe. One mention has a measurement and the other does not, further indicating that. Recipe writing/reading is a bit of an art, tbh. It takes a little practice but is well worth the effort if you like cooking.
