Space and time have to be understood within the frame of a different type of physics - the same physics that was used to create our electrical grid in the first place. As I have stated a number of times before, all of the fathers of electrical field theory understood very well that the aether was real; that is how they were able to develop the AC motor, and then some.

Space is an attribute of magnetism. Time is relative rotational speed. Creating coherent (coherence is in-phase waves within the context of physics) fields is the key to manipulating the properties of the aether. It all stems from the correct understanding of magnetism and dielectricity, the latter being something that 99% of us have never even heard of. Modern physics fails to even define what fields and magnetism are, let alone explain them adequately.

The applications are endless because there are many arrays that can be built - some for weapons, others for flight/travel, and others for unlimited energy. Probably even more, but these are things that are not well understood yet in the public space because we have been misguided, but they will eventually be because they cannot suppress this forever.

If I already understood all aspects of how it works, I would be much further along in building a device that can produce energy with zero input.
