Local circular economy at work! The Harvest Right freeze dryer arrived a few weeks ago. I ran a batch of skittles, because that’s what everyone does, and gave them away to friends.

The local rancher I get my grass fed beef from loved them and asked if I could package some for sale. I delivered her first order of thirty bags on Tuesday. She already sold out and asked me to deliver another thirty bags tomorrow!

The best part is that no dollars are changing hands. I’m trading skittles for grass fed beef.
