Got some mail today from our friends at The Meleka Foundation!
Founded in 2018, the meleka foundation is a non profit organization supporting the Hadza tribe in Tanzania. “Meleka” refers to an old hollowed out baobab tree that serves as shelter. It is also the “tree of life”. Therefore, meleka symbolizes safety, home and connection to nature.
We’ve been supporting for a few years now by contributing a percentage of our yearly revenue and we feel pretty good about it 🫂🤘🏼
