That kind of delay is expected once every day or two afaik. Probably once per day if the difficulty is on the high side.

Happens from time to time, you find blocks in few seconds and sometimes it’s several minutes, but when you look at the average time it’s
10m 7s over the last 24hrs
So everything is working perfectly fine
