Not very fond of this quid pro quo strategy when it comes to growing your followers. Being your genuine self will also get you followers and you'll surround yourself with like-minded peeps. 😉
I usually follow back at least who zap me (but there is a minimum amount :-) )

Maybe. I never requested to follow anybody. I's a matter of habits, I'm not a professional social media user. This is the first social media I'm using actively.
It was also only because I was interested in the protocol, it is uncensored and does not collect data about me. For now.

This may be true but I find with Nostr lack of algorithm like other social media’s your content is much less likely to be see by like minded individuals. Though I comment a lot and follow others of interest too
