What happens when you’re ready to rebuild the way your mind works?

You start to notice it. Most of what you believe, feel, or react to was taught to you. You didn’t choose it. It came from your family, school, media, and the world around you.

At some point, it stops working. The old ways no longer fit.

You take a step back. You get quiet. You start to hear your own thoughts clearly, maybe for the first time. And in that space, you get the chance to build something new. Not a restart. A rebuild.

You stop copying what others do. You start making your own choices. You think in new ways. You train better habits. You pick what matters to you. You pay attention to things that help you grow. You stop chasing what just feels good in the moment.

You’re still in the game. But now, you are the one steering.

Here’s how to begin:

1. Notice what you’ve been taught

2. Choose new rules

Decide what’s important to you. Set your own standards.

3. Control what you take in

Stop listening to things that make you angry or distracted. Choose input that helps you think better.

4. Change how you react

When something happens, pause before you respond. Practice better responses.

5. Keep track of what changes

Write it down. Look back later. See how far you’ve come.

You don’t have to stay stuck in the old version of yourself.

You can build a better one. And it starts whenever you are ready.

Are you ready? #asknostr

Step 1: get out of the fiat rat race so you actually have time ocassionally to just think. It’s amazing the revelations that are only a couple more minutes of silence away from when you normally have to jump on the next task. I took three years away from employment once, and I suddenly found things that had been just out of my reach, just waiting there once I could drill down to them.

Solid advice, step back, grow clarity!

Can’t seem to zap you sir

Weird. I receive sats quite regularly. IDK what’s wrong.

Tried zapping you but it doesn’t work
