damn. looks like when a battery terminal corrodes. reminds me of the old cola trick to clean it
Fortunately, this one is less corrosive (though the cola trick does still work.)
This radiator top tank has been leaking for... Awhile. The cooling fan has fine a great job of re distributing the wayward coolant.
