They’re lightning payments that are sent to a LNURL that you setup on your profile! Check out Wallet of Satoshi and grab the URL that resembles and email address. Add it to your profile and people can zap you sats!
Poorly worded question on my part. I know what they are, I just don't know how to set them up 😅
