I've never actually tried to look at Global on a web client. Only Nostrudel seems to have it as a proper option, out of the ones I've just tried 🤔
Ditto seems like it'll be worth keeping an eye on. Not sure when the release date is for that. Maybe you tried the test site? Gleasonator.dev
Yes, I am self-hosting ditto now. That will be the relay/UI that will conquer nostr. The major relay softwares looks like development is dead.

No sign of Feeds on there, hope that is coming.
Tbh I'd be happy if a client just stole the face off of bluesky ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ especially the feeds set up
