Well a lot of conspiracies are just fucking stupid, like the idea that our government, in the middle of fighting a war and reaching record levels of civil unrest from both sides of the political spectrum, would intentionally kill a bunch of cows to start a famine which would undoubtedly lead to a collapse of their power.
