Not only that. Every time it survives an attack, more people notice that it survived and acquire some to protect themselves. They then get absorbed by these incentives. Once they realize that they need to surrender to its rules, they join the ranks of cyber hornets coming to its defence.

It reminds me of that WiM Saylor episode where he talks of the greatest super power being invulnerability.

With each defense against attack, it gets stronger & more invulnerable. Like the hydra, with each head chopped off, 2 more grow in its place.
