I am utterly useless at small talk, in fact to be honest I mostly dread every encounter with people I know but don't really know, because it involves some degree of small talk. I really can't stand the repetitive nature of it, lack of creativity and disingenuous nature of saying your 'fine' or 'good' when you are not. Perhaps this because I was dropped on my head as I child I don't know 😂

So I like to throw in a curve ball every now and then to keep it interesting for me and sometimes to make swift exit. Today's curve ball is 'salubrious' say it, move on and let them work it out 😁. Most people have no idea what it means
