Cool, I myself use linux on my machines, so no need for those kind of tools.

However, when I'm asked to "fix" the PCs by some family member, I use Chris Titus Windows Utility.

If there is too much crap, I just format it, and use CT utility to remove windows embedded crap and tweak configurations.

For some of the UWP crap I still have to follow James Ranking tutorial to remove.
