Pretty much authorizes the rounding up of the homeless, and seems to maybe give Trump the authority to ignore any state / local laws and policies. Also anyone doing drugs in public. Gotta fill all the new private prisons. And before he was even in office I said on a livestream I was on that this exact thing was going to happen. First immigrants. Then us. The private prison industry struck gold with Trump. Like this is really fucking terrifying.
