No, I don’t have a BBQ. I know that this cut is usually barbecued.

Not allowed to have one or can’t afford?
It’s just that I’m not used to cooking with one. But eventually I’ll buy one because I recognize that some things are just better if barbecued.
Cast iron pan on stovetop would be better too.
