If they are not opened-minded then I simply agree with them: "yeah, it's probably not for you, but for many people it is critical..."
For the most part though, I don't even talk about it. Bitcoin has already won the "Store of Value" throne in my mind and I really don't care what others think. Bitcoin Don't care either

A great technique is to always shift the burden of proof through the art of questioning. Example: "Who will shut it down? Why? How?" Question every response and their statements/arguments will lose all power
