Were talking about arbys here.. not sure in the US but in Canada its amazing quality beef. If you want to avoid the bad stuff, avoid the fries. Their sandwiches are top notch quality.
Oh yeah sorry I forgot you were in Canada for a minute... Everything up north is better. The water is better (unless you're in Michigan) and the bread comes out amazing at higher altitudes. And I can't speak for Canada, but America loves cutting corners.

Correct! The US version of all these food places is so different in quality. The taste is different for the same burger at mcdonalds just across the border. I know at least for mcdonalds the eggs, milk, beef etc all come from local farmers in Canada. Still, probably not the best for you, all that deep fry oil lol
