Damus has rate limiting
Yeah the moment I showed this, it was likely damus's relay.. Getting hammered..
However, in my local build now i've switched over to the new strategy that bitchat uses where it grabs updated list of relays and picks the closest 5 based on the geohash the user has teleported too.
