She watched a YouTube video about Japan and said, "I want to visit Japan" so she started... and was back at it this morning. She's already kicking butt in Spanish (catching up to her peers who had a 2 year head start)!
My daughter was *very* excited to get some sats while at work today... as a reward for taking initiative to begin learning Japanese!
