Damus is extending the highlight spec to have quote highlights, the main purpose of this is to not spam feeds with 2 notes (highlight + quote note) in succession when you want to simply add a comment while highlighting something.

Should be backwards compatible with existing clients, just a heads up to highlight implementations!
