What's your prep?

Mine is paprika, salt, pepper, onion powder and fresh rosemary over light avo oil. And when in the mood a molasses, burbon, maple syrup, olive oil, dark beer and soya glaze.

I like dry brine in the fridge for 24 hrs then salt 1 hour before.

Ohhh you find it makes a difference?

I just got some prime ribeyes for $15/lb at Costco. Looks like meat is cheap these days.
