So did ya eat the sprinkled bits on top of silicon tongue? Or is the entire piece just placed in centre of table, as table art, & jus “for show” (not edible)

No lovely I have not been there, I follow the inst page on it and know the restaurant from friends that have been.
It’s not my type as I’m not that adventurous when it comes to food 😂
It’s an individual piece from what I gather, to be eaten and not to be shared and definitely not just for show! 😜
