It sounds like a client that you're using is wiping them or it's a relay problem. You could try using different relays if you're oy using Iris and Snort.

Stop using so many clients at once. Yes there are like 50 clients but it doesn't mean you have to be logged in in all of them. Its nostr there is no 1 data base so all your settings all all different on each client. Try to stick to 1 client for the BEST experience with relays and follows list. Unless you are ok with starting your follow list again at random and or relays are messed up
