If you suffer from occasional back pain and haven't tried kratom, I recommend it.
It works as well as narcotics but it's a lot less addictive.

Kratom is highly addictive, and is not recommended for long term usage
Using it every day is habit forming for a lot of people, although personally I don't find that to be the case for myself. But for occasional pain it's great. I've helped a lot of veterans get off of the pain killers that the VA had them strung out on with it.
It's still less bad than the crazy opiods being prescribed.
Personally I don't find it addictive. I take a lot sometimes because I enjoy the buzz but I've never experienced any withdrawal symptoms from it. I do know that it can be addictive for some people because I have people come in to buy it who are clearly experiencing withdrawals. The thing I've noticed about them is that they go through a lot of it. So I warn my customers who are trying it for the first time that they shouldn't take more than 8 capsules of the raw leaf powder, and recommend not taking it daily but rather for breakthrough pain.
