If Uncle Sam & JP Morgan want Dollars backed by Bitcoin, then they’ll need to set a fixed BTC-USD exchange rate and effectively mandate Full Reserve Banking… There will also need to be a big Debt Jubilee.

All other approaches to a Bitcoin backed Dollar are hand waving.
