Not as often as I should. It does help me when I get disregulated.

I haven’t. Tried but kind of gave up. I want to get into it. I want to clear my mind - preferably daily. It feels like a wild zoo up there and occasionally stresses me out.

During the day I find a “10 min meditation” on you tube & sit on the couch with headphones.

At night if I wake in the middle of the night I will start with my feet & tenese the muscles for a few seconds then relax. Each muscle group slowly moving up the legs, torso arms & head.
