Quitting traditional social media has been the best decision I made for myself in recent years. Just as others have reported already, the negativity and addiction of those platforms made me feel terrible, even if I carefully curated my feed with positive people. I realized it’s all a losing game and the house always wins. The only way to win is not to play.

Been free of those cancers for as long as I’ve been on nostr, and only wish others to experience the same.

No one should waste their life on voluntary dreadfulness.
