do a modified version on the knees or on a coffetable, chair or couch. if you have issues with your shoulders there are plenty ways of off loading them and strengthening them slowly and surely😉

I just meant so I can have space for my total gym lol there’s no space left in the house to use it. I was using it in my garage but there’s no space left there either lol.
