Welcome. Not sure which app it is you're using, but I suspect you'll learn very quickly that it's a lot bigger than one app. A bit like that first AOL disk being installed back in the 90s.

Not to overwhelm of course -- but a good early step would probably be to grab a key management tool such as Amber https://nostrapps.com/amber or Nos2x https://nostrapps.com/nos2x, just to make signing into them all a bit more convenient, and more importantly, secure.

I'll go out on a limb and guess you're using Primal (as it's often a good onboarding client); be sure to click the "Explore" icon (compass) to check out some of the feeds to find content and people to build up your follow list.
