You need Stable Diffusion with ComfyUI. Runs locally on your PC. No censorship or spying. First good reason to upgrade your GPU since ASICs came out... https://github.com/comfyanonymous/ComfyUI
Then go to https://civitai.com/ and get your Checkpoint models and LoRAs and you can gen anything.

Thanks for sharing this. How long does it take to generate an image on a 40xx nvidia gpu?
Depends on the model, size, etc... but generally about 30 sec per 1024x1024 pix
