Anarcho communism is a lot closer to pure communism than Leninism for example (hence why it's not actually possible on scale). In any case this is much like calling any one or thing you don't like fascism. Commies will often say social democracy is the same as democratic socialism, is the same as socialism is the same as communism so we're basically communist already comrade.
