Honest question.

Why a talented quant trader/developer who has created “successful trading bots” in the past would be interested in joining your company?

If I had a bot generating consistent returns, I would not even be browsing jobs.

Honestly, sometimes people just get tired or life happens that dictates they can’t focus on running all aspects of a business anymore.

Some reasons: family, disability, time restrictions

These are all reasons I’ve seen in the past. 💜
