Woah, 3 cups you both?!? I try to have one large cup in the morning with some L-Theanine, so the crash isn’t as bad during afternoon, but damn, 3 seems quite a lot for me🫣💜
I’ve never had a crash and I hate napping lol

Idk never liked it. I only sleep at night with proper circadian rhythm and wake up early. Never had issues with normal sleep, sleep like a baby. But If I sleep too long I get headaches.
I don’t nap either. I crash rarely tho
