Yes, it has a paywall. I haven't used it either, but I know about it because he wanted me to be an invested and/or work with him a while back. A nice guy that means well. But with Nostr, I don't think OPA needs to exist. If anything, he could redesign the whole app to just be a highly customized Nostr client.
