I may not need others opinions but I wouldn't have asked if I didn't want opinions. It's not that useful to me, there are a few people there I like to see their posts and what not but overall I'm not a big fan of social media as a whole.
You've already answered your question then because you like to see their posts. That's a sign it's valuable in that respect. I'm sure many people delete it because the bitcoinfluencers think it's the cool thing to do lol and they then can congratulate each other about it on Nostr. Lame
