I did some looking into this and replacing your thermal paste might fix your issue, that or maybe try another outlet for power.

It does seem to be running hot for how little hashing it's doing

Yeah that's what I was thinking when you first showed me your temps. Thermal paste should fix it, if not it has to be a power issue. Either faulty power cable or maybe an outlet thats not behaving properly.
