I would say yes, but u know 'to much is not good.' That applies to this too 🌞 morning sun activates vitamin D but direct sunlight can cost a skin cancer. Everything needs a good control 🤗💜🤣

You should continue to question. Centralized medicine got the sun/cancer correlation totally wrong.

Science is always advancing and changing with new discoveries and knowledge. This is normal. I do get the feeling that more progress could be made with a decentralized approach to medicine.

Yes, and in the end all knowledge is self knowledge. You can read a thick book about how to ride a bicycle, but until you actually ride one… you don’t know how to.

Agree…that’s why I follow mother natures book. Proof of Work over billions of years. Just follow and live.
