There are no great options to receive zaps in a non-custodial way unless you know how to setup your own lnurl server. For sending zaps you can just use Zeus connected to your own node.

For now just use #[3] and just keep some change there for zapping.
Does it work with Damus?
Zaps don't work with Damus yet unless you are running the beta release from testflight. #[4] is coding on it right now, check his stream😁
